The D.I.E.T Program is the teaching of Solo Wonders’s core values. These values are taught to everyone under this program at 6 different levels. Those who have gone through all 6 levels will qualify for the Instructor’s Program, where they are certified to teach D.I.E.T. The values are:

Discipline:
Training to act in accordance with rules.
“So then each one of us shall give account of himself to God”

Integrity:
To be transparent, authentic, honest and trustworthy. We should be the same throughout even when no one is watching.

Proverbs 11:3

Excellence:
Do all things with all your heart and complete seriousness.
“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men.“
Colossians 3:23-24

Teamwork:
Cooperative or coordinated effort on the part of a group of people acting together as a team with a common goal.
“We are encouraged to be one, united together in spirit and purpose.”
Philippians 2:1-5
